Brittany sCoolbodispa was a surprisingly amazing experience. This is not your typical spa service. You have the opportunity to do cool sculpting, cool toning, red light, and the vibration plate- all of which my mother and I did. Kristy’s personality and kindness is truly what makes this place special. The information and awareness she provides is very comforting through the entire process. Following treatment, I am feeling and looking better than I have in the last 6 years. Red light therapy is so amazing, and if it were not for Kristy I would have never had the opportunity to try it (for free!-complimentary). Zane SI had such a great experience at Cool Bodi Spa. Kristy was wonderful — super friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel right at home. I tried the MedWave medical grade red light therapy and was really impressed. You can tell right away this is a much higher quality, clinical-grade system compared to the regular red light beds you see elsewhere. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and noticeably better. The spa itself is clean, calming, and a perfect spot to unwind. Erin PI've been coming to Kristy here at Cool Bodi Spa for years. The office is so clean, friendly, and comfortable. It's also right in the middle of Norman, which is very convenient. Kristy has helped me so much after having a baby with recovering my core and pelvic floor with CoolTone. I've also done CoolSculpting and Red Light - both which have been amazing. It's all easy, comfortable, and Kristy walks you through things step by step. I can even work or watch TV during treatment, and there is no down time or discomfort. Robin GI highly recommend CoolBodiSpa! Everyone there is amazing! I have neuropathy in my feet, have had it for the last 4 years and no one has been able to help me. Saw Kristy and her team and started with the MedWave red light therapy and vibration plates and after 5 treatments, I was able to bend my toes, actually touch my feet without being in pain and have more flexibility in my feet than every before. I've done 7 treatments so far and cannot believe the results so far! I cannot wait to see how treatment continues to go and how my feet will progress. Oh and my legs with the MedWave therapy, my calves and thighs have gotten more toned and more definition! So I can tell I've lost some fat in my legs! Which is great!Posted on Yelp
Julie EAbsolutely beautiful facility. Kristy Watson and her staff are professional, accommodating, and friendly. I have had Cool Sculpting and Cool Tone treatment. I am an active woman in her 50s and suffer from Graves' disease and persistent lower back pain. The most recent treatment was With the Cool Tone machine. After completing my treatment, my posture is improved, my lower back pain is gone, and stairs don't bother my legs any more. I had treatment on my stomach and legs and could not be happier with the results! I highly recommend cool sculpting for fat reduction and cool tone for muscle strengthening and I will return to Cool BodiSpa for future treatment!Posted on Yelp
