I grew up an Army brat — we moved constantly, including two stretches living in Germany, and I never had extended family nearby to lean on. So when it came to my own body, elective surgery was never something I was willing to do; I didn't have anyone close by to help me recover from it. When I discovered CoolSculpting, it clicked immediately: real, permanent fat reduction, backed by real science, with zero surgery and zero downtime. I fell in love with it, and I wanted to bring that option to Norman.

That's why I opened CoolBodiSpa in 2019, and why I treat every single CoolSculpting client myself. I've seen how easily businesses turn people into an assembly line, and I never wanted CoolBodiSpa to feel that way. I'm on this journey with you — from your first consult all the way through your follow-up — not handing you off partway through. As CoolTone and MedWave have grown, I've brought on two incredible team members to treat those clients. But when it comes to CoolSculpting, I'm not ready to pass the baton. It's part of why I've now personally performed over 5,000 treatments, more than any other provider in Oklahoma, and why in 2024 I became Oklahoma's first and only CoolSculpting National Trainer.

Of the roughly 30 CoolSculpting National Trainers in the country, only three of us own our own practice. I'm the only one of the three who still personally handles 100% of my own consults, treatments, and follow-ups.
